Its profile combines a slender steel structure with a single wheel and two handles, creating a visual language closer to movement and play than to conventional children's seating. The table can define a surface for drawing or games, while Trotter adds a separate place to sit and an object whose form invites curiosity.

Rogier Martens and an Unconventional Chair

Rogier Martens gives the Magis Trotter chair its distinctive identity through a small number of functional elements rather than added decoration. The geometry of the frame, single wheel and handles makes the object immediately recognizable while keeping the profile visually light. The arrangement recalls the logic of a wheelbarrow without turning Trotter into a ride-on toy. As a kids play chair, it offers an unusual relationship with furniture while remaining clearly defined as a children's chair for contemporary interiors.

Steel Frame, One Wheel and Polypropylene Details

The Magis Trotter children's chair is built with a polyester powder-coated steel rod frame in Green 5277C.
